While growing up, I moved between San Diego, California, and Yongin-si, South Korea. I studied chemistry as an undergraduate here at UC Irvine and am continuing my studies as a graduate student. With the mentorship from Prof. Suzanne A. Blum, I got introduced to organometallic catalysis while developing heterocyclization methods. Outside of the lab, I enjoy watching movies, playing video games, and going out for running.
